As a vCIO at Framework IT, you will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, focusing on strategic planning and fostering strong business relationships. Your role is to align technology solutions with client business objectives, ensuring they receive maximum value from their partnership with Framework IT. By collaborating with internal teams, you will guide clients through long-term technology planning while maintaining a deep understanding of their unique business needs.
Client Strategy:
- Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Conduct regular Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) to evaluate progress, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships to drive trust and satisfaction.
- Partner closely with the Pre-Sales Engineer to ensure solutions are properly scoped and aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams, including Tier 3 engineers and TAMs, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide clients with guidance on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to their business.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for clients, translating their business goals into actionable IT strategies.
- Identify potential risks in client environments and propose mitigations.
- Advocate for clients internally, ensuring their needs and priorities are met across all departments.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist, or ITIL Foundation (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years in a strategic IT role, preferably within an MSP or consulting environment.
- Proven experience conducting business reviews and developing technology roadmaps.
- Familiarity with tools like ConnectWise and IT Glue.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of SMB technology environments.
- Adept at managing multiple client accounts and balancing competing priorities.
- Base Salary: $85,000
- Variable Compensation: Up to 20% based on performance metrics, including:
- Client satisfaction scores.
- Strategic roadmap completion and adoption.
